Spokane Fireplace & Patio backs up its quality installation with a highly trained service department to provide support AFTER the sale.

Unlike most of our competitors, we believe the initial sale is only a portion of the experience. Providing warranty work, should a problem arise; and annual cleanings to keep your new investment running properly are a major part of why we are the best.

Our Service Department is staffed with trained and knowledgeable personnel with a minimum of eight years of hearth experience. We pride ourselves on our abilities to repair any problems you may have in a timely and efficient manner. Cleanliness in your home is a top priority as is being prompt; if we are early or running a little behind, our techs will call and keep you informed.

While Spokane Fireplace services ALL of our products that we sell and install, we will also service most major brand of gas fireplaces, inserts and stoves. Additionally, we do service some other brands of pellet stoves and inserts including: Whitfield, Breckwell, Enviro, Lopi and FPX. Our service schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We offer discounted labor rates during the months of May through August, at which time we perform our Annual Maintenance Service Program for many customers.
